Let & Rent Collection	Introduction of a suitable tenant and collecting rental payments on behalf of the landlord. The landlord organises the maintenance of the property.
Full Management Service	A comprehensive lettings service. Redwoods take care of finding a Tenant, collecting the rent and organising maintenance.

Redwoods Lettings have been established for nearly 20 years in Basingstoke and the surrounding areas.  We aim to offer a good old fashioned professional service and currently manage in excess of 650 properties.  Staff are all based locally and have a wealth of knowledge and experience so you can let your property with complete peace of mind.

 

We have staff who are qualified in lettings and property management who are also members of the Association of Residential Letting Agents.  All branch staff have been trained in lettings so you can rely on us for advice and support throughout your tenancy.

All our services are provided locally in-house (no call centres or third party involvement).  This includes property valuations, inventories, Energy Performance Certificates, property maintenance and accounts management.
